Revival!

Praise the Lord for the anniversary and revival! We are grateful for God's grace and glory being manifested unto His people at AGBC. Thank God for a man of God like Bro Gibson who still preaches the book. Thank God for the Leake family and their sweet spirit of rejoicing and praise. However, in this hour of reflection and rejoicing, I thank God for a church family that is faithful to the house of God. I thank God for a group of people that love the preaching of God's word. I praise the Lord for our church family that is united by the Spirit of God and has no desire to turn back.

May God continue to bless and increase our number - May God continue to be honored and glorified in our midst - May God continue to bind the devil and pour out His glory for another 10 years in Denton,TX.

I just discovered the Pastors page and the posts! It is 5 am Saturday morning Dec.18th. I have been so blessed by the Lord in answer to a time of crying out to Him from a hungry spirit! I love how I grow closer in my walk the more I get to know my Savior! I love how wonderful it has been since I was saved and when I began to look to my Lord for more… kind of like Mary in the Bible when she chose to sit at the feet of Jesus for a time of need! She had to let go of certain busy life obligations! When we hunger for more food for our spirit the Lord always feeds us. Finding the posts here were one part of the many ways He fulfilled my hunger for more. Isn’t His timing so perfect?! Obviously this part of our website has been here all this time. I began searching for more and the Lord brought me here! If you had not taken the time to write these posts there would have been less food! Pastor, I know you have a lot to do as you shepherd the flock the Lord placed at AGBC, but I was encouraged by finding the things you wrote. I am glad I found it at such a time as this! I hope you continue to write these posts for spiritual edification when hungry sheep come searching for more! Thank you for your labor of love for the Lord!
